Private consultations are available in-person as well as by phone or Skype if you live at a distance.
To get started, complete and return the “Getting Acquainted” questionnaire below. You will then be contacted to schedule a complimentary half-hour phone session. During our phone session we will discuss the options for working together.
Private consultations are available as a single sessions or bundled as a package of ongoing sessions or as an intensive session. Ongoing sessions are customized to meet your unique needs and include health assessment along with a personalized blend of complementary medicine, healing touch, massage, aromatherapy, meditation, wellness education and coaching.
During the initial consultation, we will review your health history, your present concerns and stressors and your personal Intuitive Wellness Circle of Health. Together we’ll outline specific steps to help you reclaim your sense of well-being. During the initial consultation and on the follow-up appointments, we will create your Personal Prescription for Mindful Health along with your own wellness toolkit.
Packages: After the initial consultation, services are typically monthly with packages of ongoing sessions ranging from four to six or more months in length. It takes time to create and keep on a nourishing plan of self-care and to feel vibrant and healthy again. As a holistic nurse practitioner, my services are complimentary to the services of your primary care provider and specialists so you’ll continue to see all of your regular providers.
Private intensive sessions are also available. During an intensive session, we will work together for 3 to 6 hours (divided over one to three sessions). This way we can deep-dive into stress, overwhelm and weight issues to create your Personal Prescription for Mindful Health and 90-day Action Plan.
Whichever option you choose, we will move through the effects of stress so you can begin to relax and feel more peaceful, confident and energized to do the things you love.
